DANCE-INSPIRED:

CHAIR FLAIR: TRIPLE S {SASSY, SEXY, SULTRY}

CHAIR FLAIR Triple S: Sassy, Sexy & Sultry Dancing all in one! For those craving a taste of beginner exotic dance. All levels welcome!

INDECENT EXPOSURE: CHAIR EDITION

Naughty naughty naughty. This exotic themed chair dancing class is perfect for releasing the inner Siren within. All levels welcome, no dance experience required.

FLOORWORK: SPINS, ROLLS & STANDS

This class is perfect for all levels and all disciplines, from absolute beginners to advanced participants, drop-in participants are welcome too. Learn new flowy moves to use on the floor including rolls, splits, bridges, bootyshakes and flows that focus on how to transition yourself up off the floor in a smooth fashion! Enjoy learning new sequences and combos with different styles of floor dancing. Participants are encouraged to bring kneepads. If you're ready to get low, this class is for you!

CONDITIONING, FLEXIBILITY & RELAXATION INSPIRED:

MEDITATION: TO RELEASE STRESS & HEAL YOUR BODY

Join Spiritual Business Coach, Meditation Teacher, and Owner of ClubMynx Dawn Wotherspoon for an intimate and interactive 6-week session of Meditation. Learn to move past your "monkey brain" and all the inner chatter that makes meditation challenging. Let go of stress, connect with your inner calm, and begin healing your body as you shift your inner state. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes, bring a notebook/journal, a pen, and a blanket. Meditation floor chairs are provided. All are welcome. No experience required. $75+gst

CORE QUICKIE

In this 45-minute body strengthen class we target your upper, middle, and lower abdominals as well as your obliques and back. Perfect for all levels, absolute beginners are welcome! We suggest bringing your water bottle, wear comfortable fitness clothes and come prepare to work hard!

SPLITS CLINIC

Are you looking to become more flexible? Whether you already have your splits or are still working on getting them, this specialty class is for you. In this class, participants will systematically stretch all of the muscle groups involved in achieving front-to-back and middle splits. Special attention will be directed towards providing participants with a variety of stretches and stretching techniques to match different levels. Participants will also learn how to judge appropriate stretch intensity, alignment, and duration while flexibility training. No previous experience required. All levels and welcome to register!

INT/ADV POWER POLE & CONDITIONING

A combination of intermediate & advanced power moves +++ conditioning exercises to help you build strength to master them! This class welcomes all participants who have completed intermediate level pole or higher. 

STRETCH CLINIC

This class incorporates a mix of strengthening, stretching, and releasing exercises to keep your entire body happy, healthy and feeling flexible. This class is open to all levels and everyone is welcome!

BELLY & BOOTIES

Just like the name says we get to the point in this workout – your belly and booty. A new class at Mynx!

This class is a dynamic mix of core moves and glute activation. This class is designed to strengthen your core, glutes and thighs. We will use a variety of equipment and body weight to strengthen and condition. Great for all levels of fitness! Investment $75+gst.
