Looking for an effective workout that will have you spinning, lifting and going upside down, all while building upper body and core strength? Pole Fitness is for you! Our Pole classes start at a beginner level and as you progress you can work your way up through our 7 levels of pole skill development. We also offer a variety of specialty classes aimed at helping you with combos, flexibility, pole strength and artistry. Programs run once per week for 6 weeks, and cost $99+gst. Participants must be 18+ to participate in Pole Fitness Programs.
