GST extra. Members on Month-to-Month Membership must sign up for pre-authorized payments. This option is non-transferable and non-refundable. Note: In order to cancel out of your Month-to-Month Membership, members must fill out and sign a ClubMynx cancellation form by the 15th of the month prior to the cancellation taking effect. Exceptions not permitted.
